The Hancock County Children's Choir is a dedicated choral performance and education initiative that aims to provide musical opportunities for youth through a diverse repertoire encompassing classical, cross-cultural, folk, patriotic, pop, sacred, and secular music. Choir members receive training in vocal production, diction, music theory, music history and appreciation, solfège (sight singing), poise, stage presence, public speaking, and etiquette. Our engaging programs foster essential life skills, encouraging students to learn, grow, mature, build self-confidence, and truly shine!

At Hancock County Children's Choir, our student emcees infuse our concerts with a distinct vibrancy, effortlessly linking the music to the evening's theme and elevating the audience's experience. Through weekly coaching in public speaking and mentorship from a professional actor, our young emcees develop poise and confidence in front of an audience. This deliberate approach not only enhances their skills but also uplifts our performances, crafting unforgettable moments that make our concerts stand out and highlight the talent of our students.
